About This Grant
The Jrue and Lauren Holiday Social Impact Fund (JLH Fund) offers a fourth round of funding to underserved Black-owned businesses and nonprofits.
Here’s How it Works
The JLH Social Impact Fund is more than just a grant.

Each applicant must complete the application and meet the criteria to qualify for the JLH social Impact fund. - Train
If selected for the program your organization will receive training and coaching to help maximize your funding opportunity. - Grow
Coaching and mentorship will be provided to help your organization reach its goals.

Eligibility Requirements
- Black-owned small businesses (with a max of 250 employees)
- Black-led, tax-exempt nonprofit organizations
- Founder(s) must be 21+, identify as Black/African American, and own at least 51% of the total entity.
- JLH Fund Grantee Selection Criteria
- Priority Cities: Special attention will be paid to applicants from the following cities; Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, New Orleans
