About This Grant
Spectrum Reach’s Pay It Forward Program gives selected small businesses a free TV and streaming ad campaign, a produced 30‑second commercial, and access to marketing education and mentorship to support local business growth.
How You Can Use the Funds
- Media and services only (no cash)
- Production and airing of a TV/streaming ad campaign
- Use of a professionally produced 30‑second commercial in Spectrum Reach placements
- Participation in marketing education and coaching
- Leveraging networking/community opportunities for business growth

Eligibility Requirements
- Applicant must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident currently residing in an eligible designated market area (DMA), including: Albany, Alpena, Austin, Bolivar, Buffalo, Central NY, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Dayton, Dyer, Evansville, Flint, Greensboro, Greenville, Ashville, Honolulu, Huntsville, Kansas City, Lexington, Los Angeles, Louisville, Marquette, Myrtle Beach, Milwaukee, Montgomery, New York City, Orlando, Paducah, Raleigh, Rochester, St. Louis, Southwest Ohio, Tampa, Tuscaloosa, and Terre Haute.
- Applicant’s business must have been in operation for at least one year as of the application date.
- Applicant must not have an active or pending bankruptcy.
- Applicant’s business must not have advertised with Spectrum Reach in the past thirteen months.
- The business cannot be a competitor of the Sponsor (including its Spectrum, Spectrum Business, or Spectrum Reach divisions), as determined by the Sponsor.
- The business must be a for‑profit organization.
- The business must be legally registered to operate in an eligible market.
