The PACE Small Business Grant Program provides $5,000 or $10,000 grants to eligible for‑profit small businesses located in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County District 1, helping them cover key operating costs and recover or grow.

- Applicants must complete online or mobile registration to apply.
- Applicants are instructed to verify their address as an unincorporated area in LA County District 1 using the county precincts/maps tool: https://www.lavote.gov/apps/precinctsmaps
Eligibility Requirements
- Business must be a for‑profit small business.
- Business must be located in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County District 1.
- Business must have been operating for at least 6 months.
- Business must fall within the listed eligible communities/ZIP codes (e.g., Avocado Heights, East Los Angeles, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, Rowland Heights, etc., with ZIPs including 90022, 90023, 90063, 90255, 90601, 90602, 90603, 91010, 91702, 91722, 91723, 91724, 91740, 91744, 91745, 91746, 91747, 91748, 91765, 91790, 91791, 91792, 91795, 91797, 91799).
- Prior recipients of a PACE Small Business Grant are not eligible for another award.
