About This Grant
How it works.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s goal is to support small businesses in becoming more resilient and prepared for disasters. Times of crisis can be devastating for communities, and they are dedicated to sharing knowledge and resources and promoting collaboration to ensure a speedy recovery.
The R4R program is designed specifically for small businesses with 500 or fewer employees. It guides businesses through a four-step process to enhance their preparedness. Once the steps to resilience are completed, businesses become eligible for grants when a U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Individual Assistance declaration is made in their county.
